When you register or list a property as a Property Owner, we may collect:
- Full name, mobile number, and email address
- Property ownership proof or title/lease documents
- Property address, layout, and amenity details
- Property photos and videos
- Pricing, availability, and occupancy information
- Government ID (Aadhaar, PAN) for KYC and listing verification
- Bank account details or UPI ID for rent and booking payouts
- GST number or business registration details (if applicable)
- Login credentials, account preferences, and listing history
This information helps us verify listings and improve recommendations for both Tenants and Property Owners.
Location information
With your permission we may access:
- Current GPS location
- Approximate location
- Selected city
Location is used for:
- Nearby PG recommendations (Tenants)
- Distance calculation
- Map services
- Property discovery, and accurately pinning listed properties (Property Owners)
You can disable location permission anytime from your device settings.
Device information
We may automatically collect, from both Tenants and Property Owners:
- Device model
- Operating system
- Browser type
- IP address
- Device identifiers
- App version
- Crash reports
- Diagnostic information
Usage information
We collect information about how you use PG Thikana including:
- Pages visited
- Time spent
- Search history
- Click behavior
- Session duration
- Booking interactions (Tenants) and listing management activity (Property Owners)
